Tier 1 — Growth Audit

The full diagnosis.
What's breaking — and what it's costing you.

Most growth problems are visible in hindsight. The Growth Audit makes them visible now — across all 6 GSRI dimensions, with a Financial Opportunity Model that tells you in dollars what fixing the primary bottleneck is worth.

What's included

Six deliverables. Delivered in two weeks.

Every Growth Audit produces the same core set of outputs — calibrated to your specific segment, revenue level, and the bottleneck the data reveals.

Full GSRI™ Report
12–15 page diagnostic report. Your score across all 6 dimensions with narrative context for each — what's working, what's missing, and what it means for revenue.
Benchmark Comparison
Your scores vs. companies at your revenue level and in your segment. Contextualizes every dimension — a 38 in D4 means something different at $2M vs. $12M ARR.
Financial Opportunity Model
The bottleneck cost quantified in dollars. What fixing the primary constraint is worth annually — so you can weigh the investment against the opportunity with real numbers.
Prioritized 90-Day Roadmap
What to fix, in what order, and why. Delivered in Notion. Not a generic checklist — a sequence built around your specific bottleneck and your team's capacity.
30-Day Quick Win
One specific action you can start in week one with no extra budget. Designed to produce a visible result fast — and to build internal confidence in the diagnosis.
Working Sessions
Working sessions with your founder or marketing lead — not a single 45-minute summary call. We review the diagnosis together and make sure the roadmap is operational before we close.
The process

Two weeks. Three stages.

The audit runs in parallel with your business — no full-day workshops, no internal prep required from your team.

Week 1 — Days 1–3
Intake & data collection
You complete the structured intake form covering all 6 GSRI dimensions. We review existing assets — analytics, dashboards, CRM data, current toolstack — and identify what we need to complete the picture. No workshops required.
Week 1–2 — Days 4–10
Analysis & Financial Model
We score all 6 dimensions, run the benchmark comparison, and build the Financial Opportunity Model. The primary bottleneck is identified and its dollar cost is quantified. The 90-day roadmap is drafted.
Week 2 — Days 11–14
Report delivery & working session
The full report is delivered in your inbox. We schedule working session(s) to walk through the diagnosis, answer questions, and confirm the roadmap is actionable for your team before the engagement closes.
Who this is for

The audit is for companies that can feel the problem — but can't name it.

If you already know exactly which dimension is your primary bottleneck and what it's costing you, you don't need the audit — you need the system. The audit is for when the problem is real but not yet located.

Good fit
Revenue is growing but not predictably — you don't know why
You've tried tactics — new channels, new tools — and the problem persists
You want to understand the constraint before committing to a larger engagement
You're B2B ($1.5M–$20M ARR) or B2C ($1M–$15M ARR) in the USA or Canada
After the audit
You have the diagnosis — now you decide how deep to go
Execute the roadmap independently — the deliverable is designed for that
Move to Tier 2 — install the system for the primary bottleneck (Tier 1 cost credited)
Move to Tier 3 — full growth OS across all 6 dimensions (Tier 1 cost credited)
Questions

What companies ask about the audit.

Do I need to complete the Free Scan before the audit?

It's recommended but not required. The Free Scan gives you a preliminary score and helps frame the intake conversation. If you've already done it, the audit goes deeper on every dimension. If not, the audit intake covers the same ground at higher resolution.

What does "quantified in dollars" actually mean?

The Financial Opportunity Model estimates the annual revenue impact of the primary bottleneck — based on your current metrics, the gap between your scores and the benchmark, and the compounding effect of fixing the constraint first. It's a directional model, not an accounting forecast. The goal is to give you a clear basis for evaluating the investment — not to overpromise a specific outcome.

What do I need to prepare before the audit starts?

Nothing beyond the structured intake form — which we send at kickoff. If you have analytics access, CRM data, or existing dashboards you want us to review, we'll ask for those during intake. There's no need for internal workshops or prep sessions before we start.

Is the Tier 1 cost credited toward Tier 2 or 3?

Yes. If you move to Tier 2 or Tier 3 after completing the audit, the Tier 1 investment is credited in full toward the next engagement. The audit is the diagnosis — it doesn't disappear when the implementation begins.
